The planning process was very simple as your theme menus were very diversified and especially healthy. As we were meeting in the living room right by the kitchen, you made sure we were not disturbed while you were preparing the meals.

Every menu we chose turned out to be fantastic! They were all well balanced and combined a variety of tastes which made every part unique. There was plenty of food, but we never felt like it had been too much, as the combinations were perfect.

Throughout the year, Chef Lawrence consistently demonstrated superior competency in preparing, shopping, serving, and final clean-up regardless of the event size. To Whom It May Concern,

We brought on at SHG, Miami LLC, Chef Lawrence Males as a consultant contract Chef expert to work with our high-end VIP clients. Chef Lawrence was asked to prepare meals for our client a pro Athlete from the NFL Mr. Vonn Miller and his associates. Chef Lawrence was a contracted Chef under our company Strategic Hospitality Group, Miami LLC. Chef Lawrence worked as their Private Chef at a rental home on Miami Beach, Florida from March thru April of 2018, while Mr. Miller trained in the off season. Chef Lawrence was responsible for daily menu planning, ordering food, food shopping, stocking kitchen supplies and cooking breakfast lunch and dinner. Because of Chef’s flexibility and our clients last minute notice, various dinner parties and food services were able to be accommodated. Chef Lawrence has proven his dedicated services to one of our top VIP clients and we are appreciative of this.
